  So I guess my story ends where it all began, with me on the road and heading off to God only knows where. Perhaps my story isn’t so much an ending as opposed to a new beginning. One period in my life had come to an end and now it was time for the next one, with its own challenges and lessons, to begin. Kim had told me many times before that she was sure that our backpacking trip together was going to be the big turning point in her life, and who knows, perhaps it was going to be a big turning point in my life as well. Only time would tell.
